LocalBoost AI provides AI-powered voice agent services, appointment booking automation, SEO auditing, and local search visibility tools for businesses. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property, send spam, or engage in any activity that disrupts the Service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. AI Voice Calls

By using our AI call answering features, you confirm that you comply with all applicable laws regarding recording and AI-assisted phone calls in your jurisdiction, including required disclosures to callers.

7. Limitation of Liability

LocalBoost AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide 30 days' notice for material changes via email.
